TIH provides support to all the teams in CPL across all industries and sectors by sourcing for different candidate profiles on multiple channels. Sourcing specialist is a very exciting position and we face exciting challenges on an ongoing basis with each new project.

Owing to the excellent business performance, we have decided to expand the team. Therefore, we are looking for excellent candidates to join CPL’s Core sourcing team. We would like to meet you and take you through the interview process if you;

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree

Once you succeed in the interview process you will

• Source top talents and support clients across APAC & EMEA regions
• Generate and keep track of data using Microsoft excel
• Always look for new sourcing channels and finding innovative ways to brand the team and company
• Research different industries to identify fresh marketing opportunities

To begin the interview process

• You must be eligible to work in Ireland full time; Preferably having EU citizenship or a stamp 4 Irish visa. Candidates with more than 14 months left on their 1G Visa would also be considered.
